Ordering from My Party Place

To order our products, simply select one of the methods listed below:

Online - To order products on-line simply select the items required and add to your cart. When finished shopping, click on 'view cart' to revise your order. If satisfied with your order, click "checkout" and complete the required fields.

email - you can simply email your order to admin@mypartyplace.com.au. We will contact you asap to confirm your order and organise payment.

Please note our minimum order amount is $50.00.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard (via Paypal), Bank Deposit, Bank Cheque and Aust Post. money order (Australia only).


Please place your order early to avoid disappointment as we may have to order certain products in for you.

Delivery Information

All items are delivered via Australia Post. If you would like your items sent via courier, please contact us to arrange a quote.  We have a flat rate postage of $8.95, however orders including pinatas may incur an extra cost.  We will contact you prior to processing your order to discuss.

Free postage (within Australia only) for all orders over $100.00!

We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our Sydney premises within approximately five working days of receiving your order.

Domestic Shipping

All packages are delivered within Australia via Australia Post (Standard Post). If you would like your order sent via Express Post please contact our office to arrange this.

Please note that the Shipping details quoted are for NSW only. You will be contacted with specific pricing for all other destinations. Bulk orders to the same address will not incur multiple shipping charges. You will be contacted before your order is processed with the amended charge.

International Shipping

We also offer shipping to most countries, contact us to clarify where you are and when you need your order and we'll see if we can help you. Just place your order normally and we will email you with the adjusted postage cost (via Australia Post) within 1 to 2 days. You can email us if you choose to go ahead. The order can be cancelled at no cost to you if you do not wish to proceed.

Loss and Damage in Transit

My Party Place takes great care in packaging all orders. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the issue.

Please note that My Party Place will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post. Insurance is available for registered post within Australia. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange a quote for this.
