How do I order?

View the items desired, select the required quantity and click the 'buy now' button

The site will then automatically show you what is in your shopping cart.
At this stage you can choose to continue shopping, clear or update your cart or checkout to complete your order.

When can I expect my delivery?
We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched from our Sydney premises within approximately five working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment. We are able to offer quick delivery if all products are in stock. However, if we need to order certain products in this may cause a delay.

What if my order is urgent?
Please advise if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Will you issue a confirmation once my order has been placed?
All orders placed online will be confirmed once the order has been received.

How much is delivery?
All items are delivered via Australia Post. If you would like your items sent via courier, please contact us to arrange a quote. Delivery charges are from $8.95 within Australia.

What about refunds?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, just ring and let us know within 14 days. Goods will need to be returned in their unopened packaging and a refund will be issued excluding delivery charges.

How can I pay?
You can pay by PayPal (including Visa and MasterCard), bank cheque (Australia only) or money order (Australia only).

Do you ship Internationally?
We deliver to most countries via Australia Post. Just place your order normally and tick the normal postage box on the order page. We will email you with the adjusted postage cost within 1 to 2 days. You can email us if you choose to go ahead. The order can be cancelled at no cost to you if you do not wish to proceed.
